FP&A Analyst

Job Title: FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst to join our team and support our Financial Planning and Analysis Lead in delivering insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations. In this role, you will work closely with the FP&A Lead to ensure accurate forecasting, financial control, and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly forecasting activities to provide accurate financial projections and support strategic decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the FP&A Lead to monitor month-to-month financial performance across Pakistan, analysing variances and communicating key insights to the Leadership Team.
• Support pricing decisions by analysing market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and internal cost structures to achieve global margin targets.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and brand teams to optimize revenues and control costs, contributing to Net Revenue Growth and EBIT margin targets.
• Assist in overseeing aspects of the profit and loss statement (P&L) to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial objectives.
• Contribute to financial analysis for new product launches, evaluating profitability and market impact through robust business case assessments.
• Support global reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of financial performance metrics.
• Conduct specialized analyses on key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in preparing presentations for review by senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics / ACCA qualified / CA Finalist
• 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a multinational corporation or FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
