Key Responsibilities:
- Claims resolution including Trade, Logistic and Pricing Claims – E2E Claim ownership.
- Customer contact for missing claim documentation.
- Claim resolution in dedicated system (S4 Hana and Blacksmith) up to final credit note registration.
- Approve/Reject claims in Blacksmith tool related to promo activities.
- Work with Go to Market team to obtain missing information needed for claim resolution process.
- Analysis of customer invoice and Blacksmith condition set up.
- Prepare predictive approval request and work with respective Go to Market for timely claim resolution.
- Dispute with customer rejected claims and work closely with Bill to Cash, Credit Controllers and Go to Market teams for rejected claims.
- Monitor open claims and drive timely solution for unresolved claims.
- Responsible for flagging pricing issues identified in claims resolution process.
- Process improvement for claims in markets.
- Comply with agreed KPI/SLA.
- Develop the knowledge of Blacksmith tool.
- Support Order Management Team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (numerical studies as Finance, Economics is a plus).
- Experience in business environment and willingness to develop in Claims. Any experience on similar position and knowledge of claims processes and rebate structure is a plus.
- Proficiency MS Excel, SAP and Blacksmith is as a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Open minded and able to adapt to the changes.
- Good time management & organization skills.
- “Can do” attitude, solution minded, focused on result.
- Availability to work in the afternoon and evening hours (until 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm) as the role will support North American markets.
