Key Responsibilities:
- Regular reconciliation of stock levels between SAP and 3PM WMS systems
- Receiving and booking deliveries of outer packaging materials in the system (e.g. boxes, cartons for tea products)
- Preparing and sending customs documentation to relevant agencies
- Posting and reconciling post-production orders from 3PM in the system
- Monitoring and resolving incoming IDocs from 3PM
- Verifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices
- Creating freight orders for the transportation team
Qualifications & Experience:
- You have minimum one year of experience in supply chain, or logistics, ideally in FMCG sector.
- A university degree in logistics, economics or equivalent.
- You are a great Team Player, able to build positive and professional relationships.
- You can work effectively under time pressure.
- You have a very good and practical knowledge of Excel. Experience in working with SAP is nice to have.
- Very good English is a must.
