Key Responsibilities:

• Regular reconciliation of stock levels between SAP and 3PM WMS systems
• Receiving and booking deliveries of outer packaging materials in the system (e.g. boxes, cartons for tea products)
• Preparing and sending customs documentation to relevant agencies
• Posting and reconciling post-production orders from 3PM in the system
• Monitoring and resolving incoming IDocs from 3PM
• Verifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices
• Creating freight orders for the transportation team

Qualifications & Experience:

• You have minimum one year of experience in supply chain, or logistics, ideally in FMCG sector.
• A university degree in logistics, economics or equivalent.
• You are a great Team Player, able to build positive and professional relationships.
• You can work effectively under time pressure.
• You have a very good and practical knowledge of Excel. Experience in working with SAP is nice to have.
• Very good English is a must.
