Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and run Kinaxis, ensuring accurate and timely demand planning processes
- Generate baseline statistical forecasts to accurately predict demand for products.
- Develop templates for KPI reports for Local Demand Planners to review and analyse, generate reports highlighting top root causes affecting forecast accuracy
- Analyse forecast accuracy and BIAS to ensure KPIs are met
- Ensure all demand planning-related master data is accurate and well-maintained in Kinaxis
- Extract data from Kinaxis and other relevant systems for analysis and reporting
- Maintain the integrity of Kinaxis by addressing exceptions, mapping errors, and dropping inaccurate forecasts
- Work with Local Demand Planners to obtain information on soft and hard code changes, ensuring updates are reflected in Kinaxis
- Prepare comprehensive presentations for Monthly Demand Review meetings
- Conduct analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities in demand planning and forecasting
- Compare and analyze S&OP Cycles for different markets and Identify Risks and Opportunities
- Work Closely with Local Planners on Secondary Sales Forecasting
- Attend Monthly Demand Reviews in different markets
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning process and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field
- Strong Supply Chain knowledge &experience with KPI development and analysis
- 2-3 years Experience in demand planning or forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
- Knowledge of supply chain management systems, such as Kinaxis, SAP is preferred
- Fluent English
