Procure-to-Receipt & E-invoicing Specialist
Lipton Teas and Infusions Egypt is looking for a Procure-to-Receipt (PTR) and E-Invoicing Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will oversee the entire procurement transaction process, from purchase orders to receipts and invoicing, while ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. You’ll also be the go-to point of contact with government institutions for procurement and e-invoicing matters.
Key Responsibilities:
🔄 Procure-to-Receipt (PTR) Process – Manage the entire PTR cycle, from purchase order creation to goods receipt and invoice verification. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions in our ERP system.
🧾 E-Invoicing – Implement and maintain the e-invoicing system to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Monitor submissions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
🏛️ Government Relations – Act as the primary contact for government institutions regarding procurement and e-invoicing, ensuring compliance with tax laws and e-invoicing mandates.
📊 Compliance & Reporting – Ensure all PTR and e-invoicing activities comply with tax regulations (e.g., VAT/GST). Generate and analyze reports to identify opportunities for process improvements and support audits.
💼 Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to resolve discrepancies and optimize procurement processes.
Qualifications:
🎓 Education – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
💼 Experience – 1-2 years in procurement, finance, or accounts payable, specifically in PTR and e-invoicing processes.
🔍 Knowledge – Strong understanding of procurement processes, tax regulations (VAT/GST), and e-invoicing requirements.
📱 ERP Systems – Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-invoicing platforms.
📈 Skills – Proficient in advanced Excel, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
🤝 Relationship-Building – Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and government institutions, especially around compliance matters.
