Your role:

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories by analysing processes, data, and stakeholder input to enable effective solution design and delivery.

Your key responsibilities:

• Connect with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly in Azure DevOps.
• Working with the technical team to ensure requirements are translated into a technical solution and actionable work.
• Support the team during delivery to ensure everything is clear and understood.
• Support the Product Manager in the creation and preparation of a Business Requirements Documentation.
• Conduct functional testing on a feature to ensure quality.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders to ensure solution is fit for purpose. 

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years as a business analyst, ideally in data & AI.

• A deep understanding of a business domain.
• A high-level understanding of Data & AI.
• Advanced collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate requirements to technical stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong delivery mgmt. skills (i.e., agile, Scrum).
• Experience leading meetings or workshops.
• Natural curiosity to create novel business products.
