Your role:

As GDM LATAM & Export Demand and Requirements E2E Planner, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end planning process for the LATAM & Export market, from demand forecasting and requirements planning through to supply planning and execution.

Around 80% of your role will focus on LATAM & Export planning across:

  • Demand Planning
  • Requirements Planning
  • Supply Planning and supply execution

You’ll also provide backup coverage for the NA Supply Planner Export, helping to ensure continuity of North America supply planning during absences and peak periods.

This is a development role, so you don’t need to come in knowing everything from day one. We welcome junior candidates with strong analytical capability, very good English and Spanish, and the motivation to learn end-to-end supply chain planning. Full training in our planning processes and systems will be provided.

Your key responsibilities:

Demand Planning

  • Collect, validate and upload forecasts together with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and distributors.
  • Consolidate market forecasts into the global demand forecast.
  • Create baseline and consensus forecasts within the monthly S&OP calendar.
  • Challenge significant forecast changes and assumptions with stakeholders.
  • Work with BDMs and distributors to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic SKU reviews based on gross margin and volume as part of the product lifecycle process.
  • Manage the forecast in Kinaxis.

Requirements Planning

  • Translate the agreed demand plan into supply requirements.
  • Maintain visibility of forecast versus inventory, confirmed supply and future requirements.
  • Identify gaps between market demand and available supply across the planning horizon.
  • Escalate material gaps and agree actions with sourcing units and Supply Planning.

Supply Planning

  • Manage supply planning within the S&OP and S&OE processes.
  • Incorporate distributor demand into Kinaxis supply planning.
  • Consolidate supply plans from sourcing units and share them with the Customer Service team.
  • Manage distributor purchase orders throughout the supply planning process.
  • Identify constrained supply events and support costed scenario plans.
  • Run monthly supply review meetings with suppliers.
  • Manage supply planning across both Make to Order and Make to Stock models.

Logistics and Execution

  • Ensure efficient and on-time shipment planning and execution.
  • Coordinate shipment planning with suppliers and the Logistics team.
  • Oversee shipment management and documentation in line with global control tower procedures.

Backup for NA Supply Planning

  • Provide backup coverage for the NA Supply Planner Export during absences and peak periods.
  • Monitor supply plans, product availability, shortages and critical deliveries for North America.
  • Support MTS (NA domestic) and MTO (GDM Ethnics) supply planning.
  • Coordinate urgent actions with sourcing units and Logistics.

Data, Systems and Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate planning data in Kinaxis and SAP.
  • Support master data activities related to planning.
  • Align with central planning best practices and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Progressively build your expertise across Demand, Requirements and Supply Planning.

You’ll work closely with LATAM & Export commercial teams and BDMs, distributors, sourcing units and factories, third-party manufacturers, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and Master Data Management.

You’ll primarily work with Kinaxis, SAP / SAP S/4, Microsoft Excel and Power BI, as well as PowerPoint and other collaboration tools.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, structured and curious, with the motivation to develop their career across the full end-to-end planning process.
