Ecommerce Key Account Manager
Lead and accelerate the growth of Lipton Egypt’s B2C eCommerce business across key online platforms including Amazon, Talabat, Noon Minutes, Breadfast, and Rabbit. The role will be responsible for driving profitable growth, enhancing brand visibility, executing channel-specific strategies, and ensuring best-in-class digital execution across pure players and quick commerce platforms.
The role requires a commercially driven individual with strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and hands-on execution across online sales, digital content, promotional planning, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Growth & Channel Management
- Own the day-to-day management of the B2C eCommerce business across Amazon, Talabat, Noon Minutes, Breadfast, and Rabbit.
- Drive Net Revenue, Sell-Out, market share, and profitability growth across all platforms.
- Develop joint business plans and growth strategies with platform partners.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth through assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility optimization.
- Digital Shelf & Content Excellence
- Ensure best-in-class digital shelf execution across all platforms.
- Manage product assortment, product pages, content quality, search visibility, and online availability.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize content, imagery, and product discoverability.
- Promotional & Campaign Planning
- Lead the execution of key commercial moments including Ramadan, Black Friday, Back to School, and platform-specific campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align online activations with brand priorities and consumer trends.
- Support retail media and visibility initiatives to maximize ROI and conversion.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Analyze channel KPIs including sales, conversion, traffic, pricing, availability, and share performance.
- Build regular business performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Track competitor activity, category trends, and emerging eCommerce opportunities within Egypt.
- Operational Excellence
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, distributors, and customer teams to ensure high service levels and product availability.
- Support forecasting and inventory planning for key online customers.
- Resolve operational issues impacting customer experience or platform performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, key account management, or online marketplace management.
- Experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Talabat, Breadfast, Rabbit, Noon, or similar online retailers is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Experience working with FMCG brands is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
