Your role:

The European & France eCommerce Manager will support the European Amazon business and lead Amazon France. This role will help drive the continued growth of Amazon and marketplace channels across Europe, with a particular focus on France and French marketplaces.

Working closely with the European Amazon Team, Global eCommerce Team, local French team and Amazon Media Lead, the role will ensure alignment across commercial objectives, content and media investments, while supporting wider marketplace projects and capability building across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive performance for Lipton's Amazon and marketplace business across Europe, with a focus on France.
  • Own the Europe and France eCommerce P&L, improving performance of the existing portfolio and delivering successful product launches through strong commercial execution and optimized product pages.
  • Manage content, catalogue, merchandising, consumer experience execution and financial processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, account health and issue resolution, working closely with key stakeholders including Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including Amazon and agency partners, to deliver projects effectively.
  • Partner closely with the Amazon Media Lead to ensure alignment between commercial objectives, content and media investments.
  • Support expansion initiatives across marketplaces and emerging commerce channels where required.

Stakeholder Management & Key Interfaces

  • Reports to the Head of Amazon & Marketplace, Europe.
  • Member of the European Amazon & Marketplace team.
  • Works closely with the local French team (Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance) to execute the France eCommerce business plan.
  • Partners with the Amazon Media Lead to drive investment and growth across Amazon and marketplaces.
  • Collaborates with the Global eCommerce Team and wider international eCommerce community.
  • Engages directly with Amazon, marketplace partners and external agencies supporting the eCommerce business.

Skills & Experience

  • Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, solves problems and delivers results.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within eCommerce.
  • Experience managing or influencing a commercial P&L, including forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities quickly.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded and understands how day-to-day actions contribute to eCommerce growth and P&L performance. You'll be motivated by improving results, identifying opportunities and building momentum through consistent execution.

We're also looking for a hands-on problem solver. If something isn't working, you take ownership and find a solution. Whether it's resolving a listing issue, investigating a product availability challenge, or coordinating with teams to overcome operational roadblocks, you're proactive, resourceful and action-oriented. You don't wait to be asked; you take initiative and make things happen.

What to expect from us:

We know that the whole recruitment process can be stressful, so we promise to make it as straightforward as possible. Our process is usually 2-3 stages (depending on the seniority of the role) and we are aiming to review every CV within 2 weeks.

We are an organization committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our employees, global consumers, partners, and communities. We believe a diverse workforce allows us to match our growth ambitions and drive inclusion across the business.
