Your key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Finance Director in daily operational tasks
  • Preparing and updating reports, summaries, and financial analyses
  • Verifying the accuracy of financial data and reconciling discrepancies (cost allocation)
  • Supporting the month-end closing process
  • Assisting in the preparation of budget data, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses
  • Cooperating with the Sales team to collect data and clarify discrepancies
  • Contributing to process improvements and preparing simple, data-driven recommendations
  • Supporting the manager and the team in ongoing local and regional projects

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum), preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or Business Mathematics
  • Initial experience in an international company (e.g. internship, traineeship, part-time role, or junior position)
  • Good command of English
  • Good Excel skills and confidence in working with data
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders in a dynamic environment

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of ERP / SAP / reporting tools
  • Experience working in SSC / BPO / FMCG / corporate environments
