Your role:

The Supply Chain Strategies team is responsible for shaping the Make & Buy sourcing strategy for the Lipton Teas & Infusions portfolio. This includes simplifying our global supply chain network, optimizing the current product portfolio, and supporting future innovations — all while ensuring a strong and sustainable margin across the value chain.

This role is highly analytical in nature, focused on translating complex data into actionable insights. You will act as a subject matter expert in production technologies and business case analytics, leading scenario planning, modelling, and evaluation of strategic supply chain decisions and transformation initiatives.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support Supply Chain Strategies Head on overall Lipton Teas & Infusions manufacturing strategy (factories & copackers)
  • Maintain overview of Lipton manufacturing network (lines & technologies)
  • Support scoping process for innovations (technical capabilities check & recommendation)
  • Validate COGS (costs of goods sold) calculation for innovation projects business cases
  • Develop analytical insights to support portfolio shifts across internal and third-party manufacturing networks 
  • Partner Third-Party Manufacturing team on network simplification strategy
  • Coordinate Value Creation Plan (cross functional savings projects) reporting pillar
  • Work closely with Global Logistics teams on freight costs, custom duty implications and input into business cases

 

Stakeholder Management:

You will work closely with a broad network across the organization, acting as a key analytical partner to:

  • Supply Chain Strategies Head (direct reporting line)
  • Global & Regional Supply Chain Finance
  • Global Manufacturing
  • Global Logistics
  • Regional Marketing and Project Teams
  • Procurement

 

What we are looking for:

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and structure large, complex datasets into clear insights
  • Proven experience in scenario planning, modelling, and business case development
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (required) and Power BI (strong advantage)
  • Basic working knowledge of SAP
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain value chain, including cost drivers and operational trade-offs
  • Experience or interest in production technologies and manufacturing processes is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated influencing skills, particularly in supporting decisions through analysis
  • Comfortable navigating a matrix organization
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement
