**Job Summary**
The Supply Planning Hub Lead drives regional supply chain excellence by standardizing planning processes, centralizing key performance metrics, and managing operational cross-site coordination. This role oversees operational norms, inventory levels, export management, and Finished Goods Imported (FGI) coordination across multiple countries within the PAMET region. Additionally, the Hub Lead takes direct ownership of OS&R controls and leads targeted initiatives to reduce Business Waste (BW) inefficiencies. The role also serves as West Africa SC LEAD, owning end-to-end supply planning for GDM West Africa distributor markets.
Key Responsibilities on Supply Planning Hub Lead Part
- Standardization & Performance Tracking: Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all supply planning leads while centralizing and monitoring core supply chain KPIs.
- Export & FGI Coordination: Oversee seamless cross-site export workflows and FGI coordination to meet demand requirements.
- Inventory & Operational Control: Monitor inventory levels across all assigned countries and establish strict controls over operational norms to ensure stock availability while preventing overage.
- OS&R & Waste Reduction: Maintain centralized oversight of On-Hand, Slow-Moving, and Restricted (OS&R) stock in the PAMET region and lead cross-functional action plans to drive down Business Waste (BW).
- Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks across the regional hub and implement best practices to enhance planning accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities on West Africa SC Lead Part
- Own end-to-end supply planning for GDM West Africa distributor markets, ensuring demand-supply alignment across the cluster.
- Coordinate order management and forecast accuracy with distributor partners across West Africa markets.
- Drive inventory health at distributor level, balancing service levels against stock overage/obsolescence risk.
- Act as primary supply chain point of contact for West Africa distributors, resolving escalations on availability and lead times.
- Monitor and report on distributor market KPIs (fill rate, forecast accuracy, DIO) to regional leadership.
- Partner with commercial and demand planning teams to align distributor orders with market-level sell-out trends.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the distributor supply chain (customs, logistics, documentation) impacting service.
- Support onboarding and SOP alignment for new or underperforming distributor markets within the GDM West Africa cluster.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or supply planning.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in supply chain KPIs, expertise in SOP enforcement, and solid problem-solving capabilities to lead optimization initiatives.
