Your Role

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the East region within the Out-of-Home (OOH) / Foodservice channel. This is a field-focused role centered on winning new business, expanding distribution, and accelerating operator penetration.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter – someone who thrives on building a pipeline, opening doors, and converting new opportunities while maintaining strong relationships across distributors and operators.

A successful candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and execution is key.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Regional Growth & Execution

  • Own and deliver revenue and profitability targets across the East region.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across operators and segments.
  • Drive white space penetration and increase share within existing distributor networks.
  • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, with clear tracking of progress from prospecting through conversion.
  • Support regional joint business planning efforts with distributor partners to align on growth priorities and execution.
  • Manage regional distributor headquarters relationships, including the national Performance Foodservice partnership.

Broker & Distributor Management

  • Lead and manage regional broker partners as an extension of the sales team, ensuring alignment to growth priorities and regional objectives.
  • Set clear expectations, targets, and focus areas for brokers, with a strong emphasis on new business development and distribution expansion.
  • Direct broker activity to effectively engage distributor sales teams and drive in-market execution.
  • Hold brokers accountable through regular performance reviews, pipeline tracking, and market check-ins.
  • Partner with brokers on customer targeting, joint calls, and pipeline development to accelerate growth.
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales priorities, promotions, and programs across the region.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Impact

  • Represent the company in-market with operators, distributors, and at industry events.
  • Monitor regional performance, identify gaps, and take swift action to deliver results.
  • Utilize data and market insights to prioritize opportunities, build compelling customer presentations, and support fact-based selling.
  • Partner with internal teams to execute promotions, programs, and customer-specific initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of responsiveness and follow-through with customers and distributor partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic commercial environment, communicate with clarity and influence across written and oral presentations, and proactively identify challenges while delivering practical, solution-oriented outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 6–8+ years of progressive sales leadership within foodservice.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business and expanding distribution.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage a high volume of opportunities across a large region.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to executive-level audiences.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
