Job title: Road Transport Specialist

 

Location: Katowice HUB, hybrid model

 

Type: permanent

 

Your key responsibilities:

•          Coordinate road transport with all parties involved across Europe (shippers, customers, customs brokers, transport providers)

•          Execute daily orders’ requirements to ensure top class customer service

•          Track the status of the orders in IT tools and communicate issues, mitigate problems

•          Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service

•          Identify and implement improvement opportunities on Cost, Service, Sustainability

•          Maintain excellent relationship with internal and external partners

•          Data collection and support of annual tenders

•          Manage freight settlement and logistics quality claims

•          Monitor supplier’s performance

 

What we are looking for:

Essential:

•          Education/ bachelor’s degree in Logistics or equivalent

•          Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions in Logistics / Customer Service

•          Proficiency in MS Office applications

Preferred:

•          SAP TM experience

Must Have:

•          Fluent in English

•          Positive attitude

•          “Can do” mindset

•          Ability to work in a challenging business environment, to demonstrate flexibility by managing numerous priorities concurrently and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

•          Independent self-starter, ability to discover opportunities and grow the business
