Your role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ownership of the demand planning process, including forecasting and leading the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to develop accurate demand plans that align with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting: Take full ownership of demand forecasting and S&OP facilitation, utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods, historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities. Ensure alignment across all functions through effective S&OP leadership.
• Collaboration: Act as the primary supply chain point of contact for assigned markets, ensuring clear communication, alignment on demand plans, and proactive management of risks and opportunities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze demand patterns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve overall forecast accuracy.
• System Management: Utilize demand planning software - Kinaxis Rapid Response to support forecasting efforts and maintain accurate data.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning
• Proven experience in owning and driving the S&OP process is a strong plus.
•  Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain fundamentals
• Experience in demand planning software such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or SAP APO.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI and SAP/4HANA is a plus.
