About the Role

The Senior Marketing Executive will support the growth of the Hong Kong portfolio of LIPTON Teas and Infusions, working closely with the team to build local brands. The role will help drive product innovation and renovation, and plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels. In partnership with our distribution partner, the role will also support multi-channel trade marketing initiatives across retail, out-of-home and co-branding partnerships, ensuring strong in-store visibility and effective execution of brand plans.

As the market leader in the tea category, LIPTON Teas and Infusions offers the opportunity for this role to work hand in hand with internal cross-functional teams, external distribution partners and agencies to rejuvenate the brand and portfolio. The role will contribute to delivering strong category growth stories and driving more users, more usage, more value and greater brand footprint for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead local innovations and portfolio renovations based on consumer insights, including recipe development, claims optimisation and on-pack communication, with the objective of expanding the tea consumer base in Hong Kong.
  • Identify growth opportunities, shape product propositions and ensure packs communicate compelling and locally relevant consumer benefits.
  • Translate brand and campaign objectives into multi-channel trade promotional plans and materials, ensuring clear and consistent delivery of key messages to target audiences.
  • Leverage a mix of touchpoints and co-branding partnerships to drive meaningful shopper and consumer engagement, ultimately converting into measurable business results.
  • Spend approximately 50% of time on brand management, 35% on trade marketing management and 15% on out-of-home CRM management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or other commercial disciplines; candidates from non-business disciplines with relevant business experience are also welcome.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing or Commercial roles; exposure to F&B, FMCG or 4A’s agencies is an advantage.
  • High-growth mindset with a proactive approach to exploring the unknown, leveraging internal and external resources, including technology, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Detail-minded with solid project management skills and strong analytical ability, combined with good business acumen, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams locally and regionally, and to build impactful partnerships with agencies.
  • Able to understand the big picture from a business perspective while remaining comfortable with operational details, and capable of handling complex work autonomously under guidance.
  • High-growth mindset with a proactive approach to exploring the unknown, leveraging internal and external resources, including technology, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; experience in leveraging AI tools at work would be a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese; daily work will be in Cantonese, with occasional meetings conducted in Mandarin and English.
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage.
