Your role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our Supply Chain Management team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic international environment. You will support daily supply chain activities, contribute to inventory management, and help ensure product availability while developing your analytical and business skills.

 

Your key responsibilities:

•          Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and support inventory management activities to ensure optimal product availability.

•          Risk Management: Track OOS risks, identify potential supply issues, and support the implementation of mitigation actions.

•          Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply, Logistics and Sales teams to support smooth day-to-day operations and information flow.

•          Support Portfolio Management: maintaining portfolio files, tracking new product introductions and transitions, and updating logistics master data.

•          Short-term Demand Execution: Assist in executing short-term demand plans and support demand-related operational activities.

 

What we are looking for:

•          Student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

•          Good analytical and organizational skills.

•          Comfortable working with Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

•          Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams.

•          Proactive attitude and attention to detail.

•          Fluency in English and Polish.
