Your key responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to shaping and executing the trade marketing strategy for the traditional trade channel in Poland.
  • Plan and deliver the trade activity calendar, ensuring strong execution and impact in the market.
  • Prepare and present trade plans internally and to external customers and partners.
  • Develop pricing assumptions in close cooperation with the Revenue Management team.
  • Monitor, analyse and interpret market and performance data (e.g. Nielsen, CMR) to support fact-based decision making.
  • Manage assortment and shelf strategy in collaboration with Category Management.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution.
  • Own and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional and cross-company projects.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within FMCG (or equivalent exposure in FMCG Sales with strong hands-on trade experience).
  • Solid understanding of the traditional trade market and its dynamics.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to work confidently with numbers and budgets.
  • Proven ability to analyse market and sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Very strong presentation and communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • High level of curiosity, engagement and ownership.
  • Good command of English.
