Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager - Gujranwala
Main Job Purpose:
The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible to oversee of sales teams in more than one region and the development of the strategy, planning, budgeting and management of the execution of the Zonal Sales plan to achieve the sales goals within the zonal area.
Job Summary
- Drive annual sales, distribution, plan & budget based a deep understanding of the market driven by customer insights, our partnerships & market opportunities.
- Conducts regular research local customer trends & competitor activity.
- To appoint new distributors to minimize the distribution gaps in the region for intensive distribution
- Coordinate with Distributor/Customer Operational plans / Executions.
- Negotiate with Customer for Joint Business planning.
- Have the acumen for Financial Matrix – Business Profitability / Gross Margin.
- Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes / promotions / trade engagement / new launches etc.) to deliver targeted numbers of customers and revenue.
- Motivate and influence the sales team to ensure that the team stays motivated and focused to achieve their targets
- Periodically conduct performance reviews with team to confirm performance and development plans
- Coach the team, give feedback and develop talent internally
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Great collaborative and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills & sound organizational skills The ability to work under pressure and resolve conflict.
