Chief Executive Officer

Marc has spent most of his distinguished career with HEINEKEN, initially joining their Finance team in 1995. A Belgian national, he moved into a series of country leadership roles after 2003 across Europe, Africa and the Americas. In 2015, he joined HEINEKEN’s global Executive Team as President for the Americas. Premiumization and the fast expansion of non-alcoholic new drinking experiences have been key to that region’s growth.

Marc also contributed to a transformation in Supply Chain efficiency, revenue management, and the roll out of AI-driven sales tools. He has tremendous global experience in the consumer packaged goods sector and a track record of building a winning culture rooted in trust and empowerment. With his strong commercial acumen and leadership, the world’s leading tea business is in good hands.

Johan Malmqvist

Chief Finance Officer

Johan brings over 25 years of extensive experience as a CFO for global public and private companies across diverse sectors and geographies. Most recently, Johan served as CFO at Lilium, and previously held the same role at Polestar which he guided through its successful US public listing and spearheaded the company's capital formation activities. Both companies operating in the mobility industry.

Before his time at Polestar, Johan spent more than seven years as CFO at Dole Food Company, a global distributor and marketer of fresh fruits and vegetables. At Dole, he played a crucial role in the company's successful merger with Total Produce and its re-emergence as a public entity.

Constance Frerot

Chief Commerce Officer

Constance is French and has an international background, having lived and worked across three continents.

She joined LIPTON Teas and Infusions in 2024 and held several roles across transformation and finance before being appointed Chief Commerce Officer.

Prior to joining the company, she spent her career at Bain & Company, a management consulting firm, where she focused on supporting private equity investors in the consumer goods sector. Her work centered on commercial diligences and value creation programs, spanning a wide range of categories and operating models across the value chain.

Matt Stripe

Chief People Officer

Matt has a wealth of experience in implementing innovative, transformative people models, and delivering sustainable business performance.

He started his career as an engineer, designing and simulating manufacturing facilities in the Defense industry.

Formerly the Global P&O lead at Nestlé Waters, Matt joined from PZ Cussons, the Global Healthcare and Consumer Goods Business.

Bruno Laine

Regional Managing Director, APAC and Chief Supply Chain Officer

Bruno has more than 20 years’ experience in Supply Chain roles, having joined Unilever in 1999. He has served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer for LIPTON Teas and Infusions since 2021.

Bruno has worked across multiple product categories including Ice Cream, Food, Personal Care and Home Care.

As well as a strong track record in Supply Chain, Bruno has held positions as Head of Ice Cream Supply Chain Europe, Head of Market Supply Chain and Factory Director in different locations. He is a graduate of Icam Engineering School in France.

Taisa Hansen

Chief of Research Development and Innovation

Brazilian-born chemical engineer and bio-scientist Taisa has lived and worked around the world. She has experience from world’s leading drinks and food businesses, including Kraft Foods, Mondelez International, and the Coca-Cola Company.

She joins from Danone, where she was responsible for the Group’s Research and Innovation team.

Ludovic Auvray

Managing Director - Europe

Ludovic is French and has more than 25 years of experience in general management and commercial roles across the consumer goods and beverage industries. Most of his career has been spent in international assignments.

Most recently, he was Regional Managing Director for North Africa and the Middle East at Heineken International.

Prior to this, he spent over 10 years in Latin America, managing a range of operations with production and distribution of beer, spirits and soft drinks. During this period, he expanded and built new businesses across the Southern Cone and Andean regions, revitalising sales and distribution models while developing strong brand portfolios.

Ludovic also brings a wealth of experience in Sales & Distribution and Marketing across both developed and emerging markets. Among other roles, he has worked as Marketing Director in France, Global Brand Director based in Amsterdam, and in Distribution in Europe.

Jonny Briscoe

General Manager - UK & Ireland

Jonny is a passionate people leader, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across leading brands.

He started his career at Procter & Gamble, where he held various roles across the commercial function and led cross-functional teams across multiple categories. He then moved to Mondelez, first as Category Planning Director, followed by Sales Director for UK Grocers, and later taking on the role of Managing Director for Northern Europe. Jonny joined LIPTON Teas and Infusions in early 2025 having been the Managing Director of Perfetti Van Melle UK (makers of Mentos, Fruittella, and Chupa Chups).

Outside of work, Jonny mostly spend time taxiing his three children to their very active social lives and hobbies. He also tries to keep fit and has taken part in extreme challenges such as completing London Hyrox in 2024.

Tim Collins

President - North America

A results-driven and purpose-led executive, Tim has a strong track record of building brands and delivering sustainable growth.

He has deep expertise in the tea category, having led the Celestial Seasonings business for over six years, driving consecutive years of growth. He also previously helped launch and scale Starbucks’ Teavana brand across North America, including the successful introduction of Teavana Oprah Chai and the development of retail tea bar experiences. His first ever assignment on tea came on the TAZO brand, rolling out a comprehensive brand repositioning across all channels.

Most recently, Tim served as Managing Director of Ella’s Kitchen in the UK, a Certified B-Corp, where he returned the business to growth, improved profitability, championed sustainability, and strengthened brand equity through integrated consumer and retail strategies.

Abdallah Abou-Ghali

Regional Managing Director - PAMET

Abdallah Aboughali is a dynamic leader with over 18 years of experience in driving growth and transformation in the consumer goods sector. Previously served as the Chief Customer Operations & Transformation Officer at LIPTON Teas & Infusions. He has been pivotal in executing a comprehensive transformation agenda, including the successful carve-out from Unilever, which was a significant milestone that established a solid foundation for future growth.

Renowned for his strategic vision, Abdallah champions premiumization and innovative go-to-market strategies, consistently delivering double-digit growth and enhancing operational efficiency. His collaborative leadership style fosters high-performing teams, empowering them to achieve exceptional results. With a sharp commercial acumen, Abdallah is committed to building future-ready capabilities that position the organization for sustained success in a competitive landscape.

Abdullah joined Unilever in 2008 where he worked across multiple product category including personal care, tea, food, and refreshments in Gulf region, Middle East, and Turkey. He graduated from the American University in Beirut with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Grant Reid

Grant brings extensive global leadership experience, having served as CEO of Mars, Incorporated for nine years and spent more than three decades with the business. During his tenure, he led a period of sustained growth and transformation, while championing a strong values-led agenda focused on sustainability, innovation, and long-term impact.

He is widely recognised as a purpose-driven leader with a deep commitment to building high-performing organisations and strong, values-based cultures. His experience in steering complex, global businesses and his emphasis on responsible growth make him ideally suited to support us in our next phase of development.

Pev Hooper

Supervisory Board Member

Pev is a Partner of CVC Capital Partners, having joined in 2004. He became a Director of ekaterra (now LIPTON Teas and Infusions) on July 31, 2022, when ekaterra was successfully acquired using funds managed by CVC.

Before joining CVC, Pev worked for Citigroup and Schroders in their Mergers & Acquisitions departments. He has an MA degree from Oxford University.

Paul Henry

Supervisory Board Member

Paul brings nearly three decades of experience as a senior investor, board chair, and advisor, with a proven track record in capital stewardship, business transformation, and turnaround leadership. He has held leadership roles across private equity, merchant banking, and special situations, serving as an Investment Partner at Birch Hill Equity Partners, Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at TD Capital Group, and more recently as Senior Advisor to Northleaf Capital Partners.

Throughout his career, he has overseen complex investments, led restructurings and recapitalisations, and chaired boards through periods of operational change and value creation. Widely recognised for his disciplined, values‑driven approach, Paul combines deep financial expertise with a strong commitment to governance, people development, and long‑term, responsible growth, making him a trusted advisor to investors, boards, and leadership teams navigating critical moments of change.

Pierre Laubies

Supervisory Board Member

Pierre is an accomplished CEO in the consumer brands space and an experienced Board Director. His career spans multiple global companies and he has acquired a strong reputation as a transformative leader focused on fundamentals and systemic change. He is recognized for his international mindset as well as his ability to consistently focus on teams’ alignment and engagement.

Most recently he was the CEO of Coty Inc., a global leader in the beauty industry with a turnover of US$9b and 20,000 employees. Prior to this, Pierre was CEO of JDE, a privately-owned coffee company which he led from September 2013, overseeing its integration with the Mondelez coffee business in 2015. JDE is now established as a key player in the coffee industry with €5.5b sales and more than 15,000 employees.

Before joining JDE, Pierre spent 25 years at Mars Inc. in multiple leadership roles across the world. In his last position he was CEO of Mars Global Petcare, a $14b business with 40,000 employees.

An avid diver, motorbiker, and modern art amateur, Pierre holds a law degree from the university of Paris-La Sorbonne and an Economics and Finance degree from the Sciences-Po Paris. He has a son and lives with his partner Veronique in Amsterdam.

Rachid Mohamed Rachid

Supervisory Board Member

Rachid is a prominent business leader and former Minister of Trade, Industry & Investment in Egypt. He is the founder of Swiss-based Alsara Investment Group, a holding company that strategically invests in companies in creative industries in the United States, Europe and the Middle East, with a focus on luxury, wellness, design, innovation and technology. In addition to founding Alsara, Rachid is Chairman of both Valentino and Balmain, two of the world’s leading luxury fashion companies. He is the CEO of Mayhoola for Investment and a Board Member of the Katara Hospitality Group.

A former President of Unilever North Africa, Middle East, Turkey and Member of Unilever’s Board of Directors, Rachid holds degrees from the University of Alexandria and Harvard Business School.

He is the recipient of the Cavaliere di Gran Crose, Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana, the highest Order of Merit in Italy.

David Wells

Supervisory Board Member

David is an investment professional at LIPTON Teas and Infusions’ parent company, CVC Capital Partners, having joined in 2009. He became a Director on July 31, 2022 of what was then ekaterra, when its acquisition by funds managed by CVC was successfully completed.

Prior to joining CVC, David worked for OC&C Strategy Consultants.

Sabian Phippen

Supervisory Board Member

Sabian is an Investment Professional at CVC Capital Partners, having joined in 2025. He became a Director of LIPTON Teas and Infusions in January 2026.

Before joining CVC, Sabian worked for Bain & Company, Cinven and Terra Firma. He has an MPhil degree from Cambridge University.
