Global FP&A Manager

The Opportunity

As Global FP&A Manager, you will own and consolidate the commercial story behind our global performance. You will partner with regional FP&A teams to challenge assumptions, analyse trends, and translate complex business dynamics into clear recommendations for leadership.

You will play a critical role in all major performance management and governance processes, including monthly business reviews, forecasts, budgets, board reporting, lender reporting, and private equity sponsor updates. Working across the full P&L, you'll bring together volume, pricing, mix and market performance insights to create a cohesive view of business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the commercial analysis and reporting of the global P&L across all regions and categories.
• Consolidate and challenge regional commercial inputs to create a clear and consistent performance narrative.
• Lead commercial insights for Monthly Business Reviews, forecasts, budgets, board packs and lender reporting.
• Provide analysis on volume, pricing, mix and market performance to support business decision making.
• Partner with regional teams to understand commercial drivers and identify opportunities and risks.
• Support private equity sponsor reporting related to commercial performance and business developments.
• Turn complex data into compelling insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across FP&A reporting processes through AI and digital tools.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Strategic Finance within FMCG, CPG or a similarly fast-paced consumer business.
• Deep understanding of P&L management, including revenue, volume, pricing, mix and gross margin dynamics.
• Strong experience working with market data sources such as Nielsen and translating insights into business actions.
• Proven ability to present complex commercial topics to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
• Experience consolidating performance across multiple markets, regions or business units.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior leaders.
