Job Title: People & Culture Generalist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our acquisition of top talent, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding strategies. This individual will own the end-to-end recruitment process, design and execute impactful culture programs that drive engagement, and collaborate with business leaders to align P&O strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (TA) – 70%:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for diverse roles.
- Headhunt for strategic roles to match the Lipton internal culture and specifications.
- Build a strong pipeline of talent through strategic sourcing initiatives, networking, and partnerships with educational institutions, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and tools to attract top talent and align with the company’s growth goals.
- Enhance candidate experience by ensuring seamless communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve hiring processes.
2. Culture Programs (Employee Engagement & Employer Branding) – 20%:
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that align with company values, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Drive the employer branding agenda through campaigns, events, and communication strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Act as a key driver of internal communication strategies to strengthen organizational culture and values.
3. Business Partnering – 10%:
- Act as a strategic HR partner for commercial functions, understanding their business goals and providing tailored HR solutions.
- Implement organizational design initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and develop training or development plans to support employee growth.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between business objectives and HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
- Hands-on experience in designing and executing culture and engagement programs.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and tools.
- A plus: Previous experience working as an HR business partner with functional teams such as Marketing and Finance is highly desirable.
